With 5+ years in advanced small animal care, Dr. Brahimi combines international training with a personalized approach. Specializing in surgery and pursuing his GP Cert in Small Animal Surgery, he is fluent in Arabic, French, and English, and a proud cat parent to Putin, whose companionship deepens his care for every patient.
Dr. Ahmed Hamed Elmonair
Dr. Ahmed, with 3+ years in internal medicine and small animal surgery, delivers precise treatments and preventive care. He is fluent in Arabic, and English, and a devoted owner of his Egyptian Mau, Shokry, he draws on personal experience to provide compassionate, thoughtful care to every patient.
Astee
Astee is a certified Veterinary Nurse Assistant and trained phlebotomist, combining clinical expertise with genuine care. Experienced in patient monitoring and assisting procedures, he treats every pet with compassion. Aster is Fluent in English and Tagalog, a proud owner of a Golden Retriever, he understands the bond between animals and families firsthand.
Malsha
Malsha is part of the front of house and veterinary support team at Prime Paws. Starting in a client-facing role, she has grown through hands-on experience to assist the veterinary team with daily patient care and clinical support under supervision. Fluent in English and Sinhalese, and a devoted owner of her Dachshund, Roa, Malsha approaches her work with empathy, care, and a genuine love for animals.
Mercy
Mercy began at Prime Paws as a housekeeper and, inspired by her love for animals, earned her nursing qualifications while working here. Now a certified nursing assistant, she provides daily patient care and comfort, fluent in English and Luganda, always growing her skills to support pets.
Benji
Benji is a gentle and dedicated pet groomer from the Philippines, known for his calm handling and patience with animals. He focuses on making every grooming session as stress-free and comfortable as possible, paying close attention to each pet’s wellbeing. Benji takes pride in building trust with pets and ensuring they leave clean, relaxed, and happy.
Moulla
Moulla, a devoted dog owner, brings calm confidence to every pet interaction. A French Literature graduate, he channels his love for animals into smooth clinic operations and pick-up/drop-off services. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, he finds true fulfillment helping pets, no matter the challenge.
Mr. Bean
Mr. Bean is the clinic’s resident Barketing Assistant, regularly featured in Prime Paws content and behind-the-scenes moments. With a natural talent for stealing attention and hearts, he brings energy and personality to the brand. Outside of filming, he focuses on naps, treats, and growing into his role as a very important Doberman.
Roberta
Roberta leads marketing at Prime Paws with a creative, pet-first approach. From Fine Arts and visual merchandising to social media and content creation, she blends artistry with strategy. Originally from Lithuania and raised in Ireland, she is fluent in English and her native language, she is a devoted parent to rescue cat Squid and dogs Rambo and Roxy.
Alaa
Inspired by her veterinarian mother, Alaa grew up surrounded by adopted pets. A pharmacist with 15+ years in healthcare and veterinary management, she blends medical expertise with strategic leadership. Fluent in Arabic and English, she is passionate about building sustainable practices where animal welfare always comes first.

Bahaa, a lifelong animal lover from Lebanon, founded Prime Paws with a vision of ethical, high-quality veterinary care. Owner of multiple champion German Shepherds, his hands-on experience shapes the clinic’s standards and growth, ensuring pets and their owners always receive expert care.
